Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and have all original Sudathi tags and packaging intact for a successful pickup.
Reverse Pickup
Our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours of your request to collect the package at no additional cost.
Refund or Exchange Processing
Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, your refund will be credited or your exchange item will be dispatched within 5-7 business days.
